Makes 3 dozen Cookies
- 1 1/2 cups salted butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 package instant banana pudding mix
- 3 cups flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups white baking chips
- vanilla wafers (1-2 cups)

This was my first time making Pad Thai, and I did’nt have time to make fresh sauce with tamarind, so i just bought the sauce and make everything else fresh.
I used my new spirolizer to make zucchini noodles.
A simple no bake treat to keep in the freezer. Good for a midnight snack! This is vegan and paleo friendly. The ingredient amounts are approximations. I would put enough coconut oil until the truffle dough holds together enough to form balls.

Italian Wedding soup with ground turkey and spinach
1 pound ground turkey
1-2 boxes vegetable broth
1 teaspoon basil
2-3 onions, chopped
2 tsp red chile powder
1 tbsp crushed red pepper
3-6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cans fire roasted, chopped tomatoes, with liquid
spinach
If you don’t have a grill and want to make some fall off the bone BBQ ribs, don’t dispair! The key to cooking ribs is to bring the temperature up as slow as possible. The longer you cook the ribs, the more fat and tendons will cook away, leaving the meat tender and tasty!
Honey BBQ Oven Ribs
1 rack spare ribs
2 packs McCormicks Memphis pit rub or your favorite dry rub
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup honey
