Poverty Baked Chicken


Ever low on groceries and too poor to buy food? You just have to make do with the food you do have…..Poverty Baked Chicken

  • 5-6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup kens sweet vidalia onion dressing
  • 1 cup bbq suace
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp crushed red pepper
  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl and marinate overnight.
  2. Discard excess marinade and cook on 350 for about 90 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
