Slow Cooker hot Beef Brisket

Ingrediants

  • 4 pound beef brisket
  • 1 head of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup red chile pepper
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tomato, diced
  1. Put onions on bottom of crock pot, then brisket, then the red of the items poured on top.
  2. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
